Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,900 - £40,455 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus

Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking both newly qualified and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) to join our client's committed team.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN Registration for RMNs or RNLDs.
  • Desire and motivation to work within a PICU Service.
  • Flexibility, motivation, and readiness to embrace new challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong focus on patient-centred care.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and continuous development.
  • Possession of effective decision-making skills or readiness to develop them.

Their Ward staff are required to work 12-hour shifts, inclusive of a 1-hour break, with shift times ranging from 07:30 am - 20:00 pm or 19:30 pm - 08:00 am. Shift patterns may include a mixture of days and nights, which can be discussed during the interview process.
