Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's prestigious healthcare facility nestled in the serene surroundings of a country park, just 10 miles south of Birmingham City Centre. This state-of-the-art hospital, which opened its doors in March 2022, boasts thirty-three beds spread across three wards, including a ten-bed female NHS Psychiatric Intensive Care unit, a mixed-gender NHS acute service with thirteen beds, and a private acute ward catering to both men and women.

In addition to its inpatient services, the hospital features a spacious outpatient department and regional conference facilities. This presents an exceptional opportunity to become part of a growing team in a brand-new hospital set amidst picturesque landscapes.

  • Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing
  • NMC registration

  • Clinical experience within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Effective communication skills across all contexts.
  • Proven ability to lead a team.
  • Capability to focus on staffing needs and cultivate staff development aligned with ward requirements.
  • Experience in supporting student placements.
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and statutory obligations.
  • Proficiency in conducting investigations, managing complaints, and report writing.
