Duties:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering their patients to engage in self-care, productive activities, and recreational pursuits. This involves planning and leading individual and group interventions, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to address patients' occupational needs.

Your responsibilities will include observing, documenting, and reporting on patient interactions during one-on-one sessions and group activities. Additionally, you'll monitor patients' well-being, promptly reporting any unusual occurrences to senior staff and ensuring accurate and timely updates of clinical records and digital systems.

Prior experience in inpatient mental health or a similar setting would be advantageous.

Requirements:

Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Occupational Therapy (MSc pre-registration or BSc) and registration with HCPC. This role entails delivering OT interventions both one-on-one with patients and through group sessions, making prior experience in both areas highly desirable.
